The Grinch is the anti-aircraft infantry unit of the Cartel in Act of Aggression. The Grinch is armed with the Igla-S MANPADS, which was expropriated from the Russian Army since the Cartel acquired large amounts of Russian military assets during the late 1990s. They are able to engage all types of aircraft.
