The República Democrática de Nueva California (RDNC) is a republic consisting of the former Mexican states of Baja California and Sonora.
Raul Escobedo unites the three areas under his coup d'état and becomes self-declared "El Presidente". He rules with militia and is ruthless against any and all rebels, but is ultimately deposed and arrested by Chimera, and taken to the Hague, where he is assassinated.
After Escobedo dies, his militia is presumably disbanded, while Cartel assets are also pulled out. The country then becomes independent.
